The Department of Human Resources is responsible for hiring and supervising the
employees of the AStA. This includes the permanent office staff, the
psychological and legal counseling staff, and the
cleanliness manager. The task of the Department of Personnel Affairs includes
primarily 2 areas:


1. human resources management

In the area of personnel management, it is ensured that the
employees have a contact person who communicates between the office and the
other AStA officers. The human resources
person handles employee concerns.
In addition, the unit issues job announcements and conducts
application interviews.

2. feel-good management.

The unit is also responsible for constantly ensuring that
the work atmosphere improves and the work climate remains cheerful.
