The Coordination Department ensures that everything runs smoothly in the AStA and that a functioning committee represents your interests. This includes, above all, organising and recording the regular meetings of the AStA, managing the technology and access. Furthermore, we oversee the work of the other departments, pass on enquiries and messages from outside and from the office to our fellow officers and serve as contact persons for questions. During the legislative term, we organise at least one closed meeting to plan larger projects, deepen the work of the departments and get to know each other better. Other goals for the current legislative period include updating regulatory matters and (re)organising the AStA server.
