Unlimited theatre experience with your studend ID!
Since SoSe 2014, JLU students have been able to attend performances at the Stadttheater Gießen in the „Großes Haus“ and taT-studiobühne easily, without complications and free of charge. This includes all drama, music, dance, children’s and youth theatre events and concerts. Only special events are excluded from the ticket. And it’s as simple as that:
Digital
- Select your desired performance and date at www.stadttheater-giessen.de
- Reserve a seat
- Select Semesterticket (JLU) for the sales type
- Print ticket
- show it at the entrance together with your studi-card
- Experience the theatre!
Analogue
- Visit the box office during opening hours
- Welcome nice people from the box office
- Select desired performance
- Reserve a seat
- Show your studi-card
- Take your ticket with you – together with the studio – show your ID at the entrance
- Experience the theatre!
You can get a free ticket for any performance from three days before the performance date while stocks last. Please remember to bring your valid studio ID with you on the evening of the performance.
